Dr Tan Kok Kuan is the founder of Dr Tan Medical Center. He was a former resident doctor at Singapore's two largest hospitals, TTSH & SGH. He has over 15 years of experience in Men’s Health, focusing on advanced techniques for circumcision and novel treatments of erectile dysfunction.
Working alongside Dr Tan Kok Kuan is Dr Matthew Tan. He received the MOH PEG award and worked at SGH and the NUHS, where his interest in circumcision techniques for aesthetic purposes developed.

- Food
It is advisable not to drink any alcohol 48 hours before surgery as this may increase the risk of bleeding.
- General Anesthesia
- Do not eat for at least 8 hours before the surgery. You may drink plain water
- Please take all of your regular medication on the day of the surgery (unless instructed otherwise by our doctors)
- Local Anesthesia
- You may eat and drink before the surgery
- Shaving
We may shave off some of the hair in the pubic area if it interferes with surgery. You may want to shave yourself at home before surgery.
